1. Handcrafted Nature Disclaimer
Before initiating a return, please note: Our products are handmade by local artisans. Variations in color, texture, wood grain, or minor symmetrical differences are not considered “defects.” They are the unique identity of handcrafted art. By purchasing from Creatorexports.com, you acknowledge and accept these artistic variations.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Immediate Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered the production or shipping phase.
3. Returns & Exchanges (International)
Due to the high cost of international shipping, customs duties, and the delicate nature of artisanal goods, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or “buyer’s remorse.”
Eligibility for Return: Returns are only accepted if:
- The product received is physically damaged during transit.
- The product has a significant manufacturing functional defect.
- The wrong item was shipped.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We perform rigorous quality checks before exporting any product. However, if your item arrives damaged:
- Reporting Window: You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Required Evidence: Please email info@creatorexports.com with high-resolution photos and an unboxing video showing the damage and the shipping label.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will either send a replacement (at our cost) or issue a full/partial refund.
5. Refund Process
- Approval: Once your request is inspected and approved, we will notify you via email.
- Method: Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Bank Wire, etc.).
- Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized artisanal products.
- Items on “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”For any kind of issue or information, you can contact us via our contact form.
- Samples (refer to our Sample Policy).
- Shipping costs and import duties paid to your local government are non-refundable.
7. Return Shipping
In the rare event that a physical return is required and approved by Creator Exports, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is packed securely in its original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
