1. Payment Terms
To facilitate global trade, we offer secure and flexible payment options:
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Wire Transfers (T/T), and secure online payment gateways.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in USD or INR (for domestic queries). Please note that your bank may apply currency conversion fees for which we are not responsible.
- Secure Transactions: We use encrypted payment gateways to ensure your financial data is protected.
- Wholesale/Bulk Orders: For large export orders, we typically require a percentage-based advance payment to initiate production, with the balance due before dispatch or against shipping documents, depending on the agreed terms.
2. Shipping & Export Process
We specialize in international logistics, ensuring that handmade goods are packed with care and comply with Indian export regulations.
- Processing Time:
- In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Artisan/Made-to-Order: Since many items are handcrafted upon order, production can take 10–25 business days. We will provide an estimated timeline at the time of purchase.
- Origin of Shipment: All orders are quality-checked and shipped from our head office in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
- Shipping Partners: We partner with leading international couriers such as IndiaPost, FedEx, DHL, and UPS, as well as specialized sea and air freight forwarders for bulk shipments.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. These will be displayed at checkout or provided in your proforma invoice.
- Delivery Timeline:
- Express Shipping: 5–10 business days.
- Standard/Economy Shipping: 15–25 business days.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
4. International Duties and Taxes
Since we export globally, every country has different import regulations.
- Customs & Duties: All import duties, VAT, or local taxes at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs Clearance: While we provide all necessary export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, etc.), any delays caused by the destination country’s customs department are beyond our control.
5. Packaging
Handcrafted items can be delicate. We use professional-grade, multi-layered packaging to ensure that artisanal products—such as lamps, bags, and decor—reach you in perfect condition. For bulk orders, we provide palletized or reinforced crating as required.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
