1. Availability of Samples
Most products showcased on Creatorexports.com, including our handcrafted bags, macrame items, and other artisanal goods, are available for sampling. However, due to the unique nature of handmade products, some exclusive or high-value items may have restricted sample availability.
2. Sample Charges
- Product Cost: Samples are generally charged at the standard retail price or a specific sample rate.
- Refundable Samples: For verified wholesale or bulk export inquiries, the cost of the sample (excluding shipping) may be credited back toward your first full container or bulk order, provided the order meets our minimum value requirements.
3. Shipping and Logistics
- Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with sending samples from our facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan to your international location.
- Courier Services: We typically use reliable international carriers (such as IndiaPost, DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure timely delivery and tracking.
- Import Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country for the sample package are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4. Customization of Samples
If you require a sample with specific modifications (e.g., custom dimensions, specific colors, or branding/logo placement), additional making fees may apply. The lead time for customized samples is generally longer than for stock items.
5. Quality Assurance and Variations
Please remember that our products are handcrafted by local artisans. A sample serves as a representative of the final product’s quality and style. However, because these are not machine-made, minor variations in color, texture, and handiwork between the sample and the final bulk production are natural and expected.
6. Lead Time
- In-Stock Samples: Usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Custom/Made-to-Order Samples: May take 10–20 business days depending on the complexity of the artisan’s work.
7. Non-Returnable Samples
Due to the high cost of international logistics, samples are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. We encourage detailed communication regarding your specifications before we dispatch any sample.
